Michael D. Shore
Michael is a licensed broker, a licensed general contractor and a licensed real estate attorney with over seventeen years of real estate and business law experience. It is through such unique qualifications that Michael has gained extensive knowledge of the real estate industry from all sides. Michael uses this invaluable experience to locate superior properties, find hidden value and successfully negotiate contracts. As a second generation native of Beverly Hills, Michael attended both elementary school and high school in Beverly Hills and is intimately familiar with every aspect of the community. In 1997, Michael began developing homes throughout Beverly Hills, Cheviot Hills and Westwood. Michael designs, plans, and acts as the general contractor on each of our projects, most of which have sold prior to completion. Michael attended the University of California at Los Angeles and Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.

Kim Shore
Kim is a licensed real estate broker with over fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate and has earned the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), the highest designation offered in her field. Throughout her career, Kim has personally negotiated and closed transactions in excess of $45 million dollars. This includes office and retail leasing, as well as commercial, industrial, and residential acquisitions. Kim is thoroughly knowledgeable about many public and private schools throughout Los Angeles and enjoys working with clients, architects and designers to beautify and add value to every project.
